MemberDex is a branded member-directory and community app for business networks, associations, HOAs, clubs, teams, and other groups. It combines searchable member profiles, custom fields, offline directory access, direct communication actions, a community page, and an optional News feed for announcements and event reminders. Members have iOS and Android apps, while administrators can manage the community from a web dashboard. The product also includes event hosting and moderation tools.

The published plans are paid monthly and scale by member capacity. Starter costs $15 per month for up to 25 members, Small Community costs $30 for up to 60, Growing Community costs $45 for up to 100, Established costs $60 for up to 150, Large Community costs $75 for up to 200, and Network costs $100 for up to 400. A 14-day trial is available. Across the product, administrators can import members by CSV with a preview, send bulk invitations, manage roles, deactivate or restore members, export data, back up and restore the community, and review an activity audit log.

MemberDex’s strength is its narrow focus: groups that primarily need a structured directory, member communication shortcuts, announcements, and administrative controls get a clear set of related tools across web, iOS, and Android. Offline access adds value for members who need directory information away from a connection. The trade-off is scope. The 25-member starting limit makes the entry tier suitable for smaller groups, while the lack of integrations limits fit for organizations that need connections to other services. Choose MemberDex for a self-contained community directory and app; consider an alternative when integrations or broader platform capabilities are central requirements.
