Mayl is an Android email client for people who want to manage several personal or small-business accounts from one app. Its free plan includes unlimited email accounts, a unified inbox, a built-in calendar and Send Later. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, IMAP and Exchange, and supports searching across connected mail accounts. The vendor says an iOS version is coming soon, while Android is live, so it is not a fit for someone who needs an iPhone client now.

The free tier covers core inbox and scheduling needs, while Premium adds Mayl AI, rules and filters, end-to-end encrypted sending, themes and cloud sync. According to the vendor’s notes, monthly and annual first-year prices are promotional, then renew at $3.99 per month or $34.99 per year. Those recurring prices make annual billing less expensive over a full year than paying monthly, but the free plan may be enough for someone who only needs account consolidation, calendar access and Send Later. Choose Premium if its added organization, AI or Secure Send features matter to your workflow.

Mayl’s feature set connects email organization with a calendar synced to Google and Outlook calendars. AI summaries and automatic message labels sit alongside newsletter management, rules, filters, snooze, reminders and scheduled sending, giving users several ways to sort or defer incoming mail. Secure Send is described as end-to-end encrypted. That breadth is useful for Android users handling multiple providers in one place, but access is limited to Android at present and support is by email. Mayl suits people who want a mobile-first inbox with optional AI and organization tools; those who need iOS availability or a desktop client should look elsewhere.
