MaxoTel Cloud Business Phone System is a hosted PBX for Australian businesses that need business numbers, extensions and flexible ways to handle inbound calls. Its tools include queues, ring groups, custom routing and interactive voice response menus, with support for desk phones, PC and Mac softphones, iPhone, Android and Microsoft Teams. The range suits small teams through larger organisations, particularly those that want a cloud phone service with Australian number provisioning and options for different calling and handset needs.

Calling and equipment options are the main buying distinction. Everyday PAYG offers pay-as-you-go calling, a business number and a softphone or BYO/purchased phones, with no lock-in contract; its minimum is two users. Outright / BYO includes calls to Australian mobiles and landlines, a business number, automatic phone setup and drag-and-drop button configuration. MaxoPhone also includes those calls and setup features, but supplies a Yealink phone with a three-year extended hardware warranty. The service has a 30-day trial. Buyers should compare the plan's included calls and hardware against their team's existing phones and expected calling pattern rather than treating the plans as interchangeable.

Beyond routing, MaxoTel covers voicemail-to-email and SMS, voice-to-text transcription, call recording with backup options, conferencing, transfer, parking, hot desking, SMS and fax-to-email. It can provision and port numbers, including 1300/1800 numbers. Integrations include Tall Emu CRM, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Xero, Dropbox and Google Drive, and an API supports SMS and click-to-call workflows. Email, phone and documentation are support channels. This is a fit for Australian organisations that value hosted PBX controls and flexible endpoints; businesses seeking a broad ecosystem of integrations or a simpler, phone-only setup may prefer another option.
