A broad community platform for paid learning communities and live member experiences.

Mateflow is a hosted community platform for creators, brands, education teams, and organizations that need more than discussion feeds. It combines community spaces, access control, messaging, events, courses, cohort learning, live video and audio rooms, webinars, replays, memberships, Stripe payments, analytics, moderation, and branding controls. Members can access communities on the web, iOS, and Android, while teams can connect external systems through the REST API, webhooks, Zapier, Slack, and SSO.
Pricing is organized across four plans. Starter costs $41 per month when billed annually and includes unlimited members and spaces, 50 GB of storage, a custom domain, courses, paid memberships with Stripe, and 500 AI Copilot queries per month. Growth costs $108 per month billed annually and adds custom CSS, API access, webhooks, 200 GB of storage, unlimited courses, gamification, automations, and 3,000 AI Copilot queries. Business costs $333 per month billed annually and adds 1 TB of storage, SSO, white-label branding, priority support, audit logs, a content approval queue, and 15,000 AI Copilot queries. Enterprise adds unlimited storage and AI usage, a dedicated customer success manager, an SLA, data residency, custom roles, and multi-community volume pricing.
The strongest fit is a paid community that combines structured education, recurring memberships, and live programming. Its breadth also covers governance, gated spaces, attendance tracking, progress tracking, custom domains, themes, and an AI Copilot grounded in uploaded documents and community discussions. Teams that need API-based customization or webhooks have a clear upgrade path, while larger organizations can use SSO, audit logs, approval workflows, and data residency. Mateflow is less suitable for projects seeking a free community product or a narrower tool focused only on conversations or events.
