Mapyn is a cloud service for managing Google Business Profiles across local businesses, agencies, franchises and multi-location teams. It combines post creation, scheduling, bulk uploads, recurring campaigns, review monitoring, profile recommendations, analytics and approval workflows. Small teams running localized post campaigns get tools for coordinating activity across authorized locations, while agencies and larger organizations can use workspaces, roles and collaboration controls.
The published plans show Pro (annual) at $192 per year, equivalent to $16 per month when billed annually. Pro (monthly) and Pro (annual) include Google Business Profile and other publishing channels, unlimited team members, unlimited workspaces, unlimited scheduled posts, 100GB Postly Cloud and API access. Mapyn uses a five-channel minimum, with each Google Business Profile location counting as one channel. A 14-day trial is available without a card and without an automatic charge. The service runs on web and API access, and connects with Google Business Profile, CSV, Google Sheets, Slack and Discord.
Its strongest functional angle is campaign operations for distributed locations: teams can localize content by store, region or service area, upload through CSV or Google Sheets, repeat campaigns and route work through approvals. AI-assisted review reply drafting, alerts for new, negative and unreplied reviews, profile recommendations and location benchmarking extend the workflow beyond publishing. Mapyn should suit teams prioritizing coordinated GBP content and review activity; organizations seeking broad citation management or a wider local-search toolkit should consider an alternative. Email, community and documentation support are available, with two-factor authentication listed as a compliance measure.
