MailsDaddy Exchange Server Suite is Windows desktop software for recovering, converting and migrating Exchange Server, Office 365, OST, PST and EDB mailbox data. It is aimed at administrators, organizations and consultants handling Microsoft mailbox moves, including tenant-to-tenant transitions, Exchange-to-Office 365 migrations and Exchange Server transfers. It also covers archive, shared, group and public mailboxes, making it suitable for projects that extend beyond standard user mailboxes.

The published license structure is organized around organizational scale and operating context. Standard License is for personal or small organizations, Corporate License is for organizations in multiple locations, Technical License is for big organizations in multiple locations, and Enterprise License is for consultants or organizations in multiple locations. The product is paid, with no free plan. A limited demo exports the first 50 items from each mailbox or folder, so evaluation is constrained rather than unlimited.

Migration controls are a central strength. MailsDaddy supports mailbox mapping through CSV files, incremental migration, selected-folder transfers, filtered-email migration and preservation of folder hierarchy. It can migrate emails, attachments, contacts and calendars, while also handling OST, PST and EDB recovery. Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Outlook are the listed integrations, and Windows is the supported platform. Choose it when your project is centered on Microsoft mail systems and requires recovery, mailbox-type coverage or selective transfer controls. Organizations seeking a broader cross-platform migration tool or a different ecosystem fit should look elsewhere.
