MailJerry is a cloud-based email migration service for individuals, companies, IT administrators and service providers. It transfers messages, folders, drafts and sent items directly between supported mailboxes. Compatibility covers IMAP providers, Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Exchange. Access is available through the web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, making it suitable for small migrations managed across common devices. Its strongest fit is a mailbox move that does not require calendar, contacts or admin-based tenant-to-tenant migration.

The plan structure gives smaller projects a practical starting point. The Free plan includes unlimited mailboxes, 150 MB per mailbox, three simultaneous migrations and one device. The Monthly Plan costs $14.90 per month and adds unlimited data, up to 10 simultaneous migrations, automatic synchronization every three hours and backup mode. The Yearly Plan costs $129.90 per year and raises simultaneous migrations to 20 while adding bulk migration. Paid capabilities also include CSV upload for mailbox batches, depending on the plan. The published pricing displays USD amounts including VAT.

Migration controls are broader than a basic one-time transfer. Mailbox synchronization can continue after migration, backup mode supports ongoing mailbox protection, and date-range email filtering helps narrow what moves. Automatic reconnects address connection loss, while migration health checks and status reports provide progress visibility. MailJerry is less suitable for organizations that need calendars, contacts or centralized tenant-to-tenant administration. Choose it for direct cloud or IMAP mailbox transfers and small-to-midsize batches; consider an alternative when the project depends on a complete collaboration-data migration or admin-led tenant transition.
