Mail2World is a personal email service for individual users who want email alongside calendar, contacts and cloud storage. Its webmail includes a smart inbox, advanced filtering, scheduling, snooze, unsend and quick reply. Contacts support groups and mailing lists, while the calendar handles multiple and shared calendars. Cloud Drive provides file organization and sharing, and mobile apps add offline access and push notifications. Access is available through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, with synchronization across devices.
The free Basic plan is the main reason to consider Mail2World. It includes 25 GB of space, Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Drive, SSL-secured access, device synchronization and an Online Support Center. Premium expands storage to 1 TB (1,000 GB), removes inbox advertising across devices, adds POP, IMAP and SMTP, and supports the Microsoft Outlook Connector. It also includes advanced spam protection and multiple aliases. Users can manage external accounts and connect services including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, AOL, iCloud, Exchange, Office 365 and IMAP servers.
Mail2World fits users who want one account for communication, scheduling and files, especially those moving between desktop, browser and mobile devices. Its combination of aliases, forwarding, shared calendars, cloud storage and broad mail-protocol support gives Premium more flexibility than a basic webmail account. Basic is a sensible fit for users who need an integrated personal mailbox without paying for expanded storage or ad-free access. Choose another service if your priority is a larger-team offering, or if you need refund terms that are straightforward across all published policies.
