Mail-Tester analyzes a test email alongside its sending server and IP, then reports a spam score and technical findings. A user sends a message to a temporary test address to get a point-in-time check. The service is suited to solo users and small teams who want to review an email before sending, rather than track deliverability continuously. Its checks cover authentication, content, links, SpamAssassin results, and blocklists, bringing several common pre-send questions into one report.

Its pricing offers both monthly quotas and one-time test packs. The monthly plans are 50 Tests / Month at $10, 500 Tests / Month at $25, 2 000 Tests / Month at $80, and 7 500 Tests / Month at $250. One-time options are 10 Tests for $5, 20 Tests for $10, 50 Tests for $25, and 500 Tests for $50. A free option is available, and monthly prices are exclusive of VAT. The smaller packs make sense for occasional checks; a recurring quota is more fitting when testing is part of a regular email workflow. Paid plans also enable API and iframe access to results.

Mail-Tester’s focus is analysis of individual test messages, not continuous oversight. It does not provide ongoing inbox-placement, sender-reputation, authentication, blocklist, or spam-trap monitoring, so teams that need those signals over time should choose a monitoring-focused alternative. For occasional diagnostics, the report combines server and IP analysis with content and link checks, while the JSON API and iframe offer ways to surface results in other software. Documentation and email are listed support channels. Choose Mail-Tester for message-by-message checks and a flexible test quota; look elsewhere if persistent monitoring is essential.
