Mail.ru review
A free personal email service with aliases, multiple accounts, and AI writing tools.

Mail.ru is a personal email service for people who want to manage messages across multiple mailboxes, use additional addresses, and access email on the web or mobile. Its free plan supports sending, receiving, organizing, and searching messages, with spam and fraud protection. AI-assisted summarization and writing suggestions add help within the email workflow, making it a fit for people who want those tools alongside ordinary personal email rather than a dedicated AI writing product.
The account and address features are central to its appeal. Multiple mailbox accounts can be handled in one interface, and anonymous additional email addresses offer an option for using separate addresses. Mail.ru also integrates Gmail, Yahoo, and Yandex Mail, which can matter for people bringing other mailboxes into their routine. On mobile, it has an Android application; iOS users access the service through a web app. That makes its platform fit less complete for people who specifically want a native iOS application.
Mail Cloud supports attachments and files, including large-file sending, while Mail Space is an optional paid subscription that adds storage and removes advertising from Mail and Cloud services. The free storage allowance is 8 GB; Mail Space supports sending files up to 100 GB. Since a specific Mail Space price is not part of the published information here, buyers should check the current official offer before weighing the upgrade. Mail.ru suits users who value free web access, multiple accounts, aliases, and built-in AI assistance. Those who require a native iOS app or want to compare paid storage costs before choosing may prefer to consider alternatives.
