MagicFront review
A broad ecommerce platform for B2B retailers that want AI-assisted store setup.

MagicFront is a hosted ecommerce platform for businesses selling through B2B and B2C channels. It combines a conversational AI store builder with a drag-and-drop editor, headless APIs, catalog and PIM management, checkout, order management, inventory, SEO, marketplace selling, and ERP or CRM synchronization. B2B capabilities include company accounts, customer-specific pricing, quotes, and wholesale ordering. Its web and API access, omnichannel sales support, multiple currencies and languages, and fit across small, mid-market, and enterprise teams make it most relevant to growing retailers and commerce agencies with varied operational needs.
Pricing starts with Essential at €39 per month and includes the AI Store Builder, visual editor, support for 20,000 SKUs, unlimited payment systems, and marketplace selling. Growth costs €99 per month and adds removal of the MagicFront badge plus page and checkout A/B testing. Business costs €259 per month and adds B2B business features, dedicated infrastructure, a Priority SLA, and unlimited SKUs. The pricing information also describes Enterprise from €799, while annual and three-year commitment discounts are available. Essential and Growth apply a 1.2% commission per order on monthly billing; annual commitment reduces that rate to 1.0%, while Business and Enterprise have 0% commission according to the pricing FAQ.
The platform’s main strength is breadth: merchants can connect ERP and CRM systems, payment and search systems, Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, and Criteo while managing feeds, abandoned-cart recovery, multi-warehouse inventory, and SEO features such as sitemaps, canonicals, and rich snippets. Headless APIs and webhooks support more customized storefront architectures. Support includes tickets, phone, documentation, and 24/7 support, with GDPR compliance listed. Choose MagicFront if B2B workflows, integrations, experimentation, and operational tooling matter together. A simpler store may be better served by a narrower platform, particularly when percentage order commissions or the wider feature set do not fit the business model.
