Maeve Social is a social media scheduling and management platform for creators, small businesses, agencies and teams. Its Instagram coverage includes feed posts, carousels, Reels and Stories, alongside a three-column grid planner, content calendar, media library, social inbox, analytics and competitor benchmarking. Automatic publishing is available when account and Meta permissions allow it. The service runs on web, macOS and iOS, with API access for automation.

According to the published plans, Basic costs $20 per month or $240 per year. It includes one user account, two workspaces, 20 social connections, publishing to all nine platforms, the Social Calendar & Grid Planner and advanced analytics. Standard costs $79 monthly or $950 annually, adding five team members, five workspaces, 50 social connections, internal collaboration and approvals, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn ads and boosting, plus PDF reports. Premium costs $158 monthly or $1,900 annually, with unlimited team members, workspaces and social connections, team performance insights, a dedicated Success Manager and white-glove phone support. A three-day trial is available.

Instagram agencies get a focused workflow for planning visual feeds, coordinating client reviews and monitoring conversations through the social inbox. Integrations cover Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and X, while API, CLI and MCP access support custom automation. The combination of approvals, benchmarking and branded reports suits teams handling recurring client work. Solo users who only need occasional posting may find the team-oriented tiers unnecessary, while organizations requiring broader collaboration should consider Standard or Premium rather than Basic. Maeve Social is a fit when Instagram planning and approval workflows matter as much as cross-platform publishing.
