Looph brings customer feedback boards, feature voting, public roadmaps and changelogs into one workspace. Customers can submit requests, upvote or comment on posts, follow progress and receive notifications when statuses change or requests ship. Teams can run public or private boards, capture screenshots through a browser extension, and use the product through web and API deployments. Its stated fit spans SaaS, B2B, indie, mobile, agency and internal IT teams.

The Free plan costs $0 per workspace and includes unlimited team seats, unlimited tracked users and voters, one feedback board, a public roadmap and changelog, the rewards engine and two integrations. Growth is $39 per month with annual billing or $49 per month with monthly billing; it adds unlimited public and private boards, a custom domain, removal of Looph branding, OAuth/OIDC SSO, all integrations, API and webhooks, plus email support. Scale is $99 per month annually or $129 monthly, adding SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom roles and permissions, an audit log, DPA, security review support, a dedicated Slack channel and an SLA.

Prioritization is a central strength: vote weighting can reflect plan, MRR, renewal date or segment, while duplicate detection and merging reduce repeated requests. Score-based ranking combines votes, comments and effort, and the rewards engine supports points, streaks, tiers and badges for contributors. Looph connects with Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Zapier, Make, Segment, Okta and Google Workspace. Choose it when weighted customer input and contributor rewards matter; teams needing multiple boards or more than two integrations should move beyond Free, while advanced identity and governance controls require Scale.
