Loja Integrada is a hosted ecommerce platform for Brazilian entrepreneurs and businesses selling through multiple channels. It combines storefront creation and customization with product catalogs, inventory management, payment and shipping configuration, promotions, reporting and sales monitoring. Merchants can also sell through marketplaces, Instagram, Google Shopping and TikTok, while the platform supports digital products through manual delivery or partner applications. Its free plan makes it suitable for smaller businesses starting an online operation, while the broader feature set targets merchants coordinating several sales channels.

The plan structure is organized around product and traffic limits. Grátis includes 50 products, 5,000 visits, and configured payment and shipping. Crescimento raises the limits to 250 products and 25,000 visits, adding ERP integration, marketplace selling, and chat and email support. Aceleração includes 500 products and 50,000 visits, plus unpaid-order recovery, product reviews, related-product recommendations, and chat, email and WhatsApp support. Expansão removes the product limit, allows 300,000 visits, and adds photo and text reviews, bulk editing, and priority support. The published plans also show a seven-day free trial, while transaction fees vary.

Its strongest fit is a Brazilian merchant that wants one hosted system for storefront operations, payments, shipping, marketplaces, social selling and recovery workflows. Integrations with Bling, AnyMarket, Plugg.to, Olist, PayPal and Mercado Pago extend its operating environment, and the REST API covers products, orders, customers and inventory. AI-assisted ecommerce workflows, promotions and synchronized stock add breadth beyond basic store creation. Merchants with simple needs may find the paid-tier feature structure more than they need, while those requiring higher limits, recovery tools, reviews or priority support should consider the corresponding paid tier.
