LiveVoice provides cloud-based audio channels for conferences, meetings, online and hybrid events, guided tours, churches, and audio description. Organizers share access by link, QR code, or access code, and participants listen in a browser or on iOS and Android. The platform supports human simultaneous and remote interpretation as well as AI voice and text translation in over 70 languages. It suits teams that need multilingual audio and captions across an event; a single-language event with no interpretation need may not benefit from that breadth.
According to the vendor’s pricing details, a free plan is available, while the listed monthly plans start at $10. LIGHT includes unlimited events and channels, statistics, speaker handover, and hybrid-event audio delay; AI translation and live captions are add-ons. SMART costs $16 per month and adds recording, branding, team chat, and live event messages. PRO costs $32 per month and adds video for interpreters, A/B language switching, multi-listening, automatic floor audio, and audio and video import. The vendor notes that AI services are billed separately per minute, so teams should account for usage as well as the account plan.
LiveVoice connects with event services including Cvent, Swapcard, RingCentral Events, and EventsAir, and meeting tools including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom. Audio and video stream import and export support use beyond attendee listening in the browser or app. The trade-off is a plan structure where some capabilities—especially AI translation and captions—sit outside the base subscription, while higher-tier tools such as interpreter video require PRO. It is a reasonable fit for small teams seeking broad event interpretation options, but teams that need those paid capabilities should compare total costs before choosing a tier.
