Live Commerce is a hosted ecommerce platform for businesses building stores to sell internationally, including merchants expanding from Japan into overseas markets. It supports a custom-domain storefront alongside product, inventory, order and shipping management. Its focus is the cross-border transaction: merchants can collect customs duties at checkout, convert currencies, and show visitors relevant languages, payment and shipping methods, and delivery estimates. That makes it a fit for small and mid-market sellers whose store needs to serve buyers in multiple countries, rather than merchants looking only for a domestic storefront.

International operations are the strongest reason to consider it. The platform calculates international shipping charges and produces labels, with FedEx, DHL and EMS among its integrations; Silver, Gold and Premium plans list FedEx and DHL shipping calculation. Sales connections include Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, eBay and Lazada, while Stripe and PayPal are also listed. This gives merchants a mix of storefront, shipping and marketplace connections. Reviews and FAQs are supported, and automated review-request emails are included. Abandoned-cart and new-product notification emails are available on eligible themes or higher plans, so merchants should check plan and theme fit before relying on those workflows.

The published plans show a 30-day trial and no free plan. The Entrepreneur plan is listed at ¥550 per month, with pricing displayed in JPY including tax; standard plans have six- or 12-month contract terms. Silver supports 500 products, Gold 1,000, and Premium unlimited products; Customer Success also lists unlimited products and automation features. The comparison includes duplicate entries for several plan names, so buyers should review the current plan table for the exact package they need. Live Commerce suits sellers prioritizing localized international checkout and shipping. It is less suitable for buyers requiring a free ongoing plan or support beyond email; its transaction fee varies.
