Little Hotelier is cloud-based property management software for small hotels and other accommodation providers, including guesthouses, bed-and-breakfasts, motels, campsites, vacation rentals and boutique properties. It brings together a central reservation calendar, front desk, direct booking engine, channel manager, payments, invoicing, housekeeping, guest communications and reporting. Web, iOS and Android access support operators who manage rooms, reservations, arrivals and guest service across locations or while away from a desk.
The strongest fit is for properties that need operational coordination and distribution in one system. Its channel manager provides real-time availability updates and connects with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor and Trivago. The Basics plan connects with up to 5 channels, while Pro connects with 400+ channels and adds reporting and insights. Both plans include an integrated front desk, booking engine, reporting and a mobile app. The booking engine supports direct bookings through websites and social media, while online payments, automated invoicing, check-in forms and digital directories cover key guest-facing tasks.
Mobile operations are a clear part of the product’s design: reservation management, check-in and check-out, and payment management are available through the mobile apps. Housekeeping reports and room-status management extend the system beyond reservations, and guest communications help keep operational information in one place. A 30-day trial is available, with payment details required and charges beginning after the trial. Choose Little Hotelier if your priority is coordinating reservations, channels and day-to-day accommodation operations. Consider another option if you need a general-purpose website builder with extensive design capabilities or a free plan.
