Linx Commerce is a hosted ecommerce platform for retailers selling through B2C, B2B, marketplace and omnichannel operations. It brings storefront, product, customer, order and report administration into one platform, with a CMS, promotion engine, optimized checkout and inventory capabilities. The product is a fit for organizations that need more than a single online storefront, especially those coordinating multiple sales channels, business models or inventory locations.

The published plans show a progression from focused B2C operations to broader commerce programs. Fast starts at 399 and includes the B2C module, one sales channel, one price list, one contract, one theme and one inventory location. Full adds a B2C or B2B module, unlimited channels and unlimited inventory locations, with additional channels available. Omni includes B2C, B2B and omnichannel modules, unlimited channels, a R$ 249 additional channel fee and a R$ 159 additional location fee. Corp includes all modules, unlimited channels and custom pricing. Prices are in Brazilian reais, with separate setup, implementation and take-rate charges.

Its ecosystem is suited to retailers that need connected commerce operations rather than a narrow storefront tool. Linx Commerce supports API-first integrations with ERP, CRM, marketplaces, payment gateways and logistics providers, alongside connections such as Plugg. To, Pagar.me, AppMax, ClearSale and AdOpt. The app marketplace adds another extension path, while Plugg. To provides marketplace connectivity. Retailers should consider Linx Commerce when B2B, B2C, omnichannel selling and inventory synchronization are central requirements. Smaller sellers needing a free plan, simpler pricing or a tightly focused single-channel setup may find the plan limits and additional charges less suitable.
