LinkPilot is a web-based link management platform for individuals, marketing teams, agencies, and organizations. It creates branded short links with custom slugs and editable destinations, while adding custom domains, TLS provisioning, dynamic QR codes, routing rules, analytics, and team workspaces. Its security-oriented tools include one-time secret links for passwords, API keys, files, and confidential notes, with expiry dates, click-count expiration, passphrase protection, and audit events. Agencies are the clearest fit when client workspaces, white-label branding, and cross-client reporting matter.

The Free plan supports 50 links, 1,000 clicks per month, one custom domain, three team members, five secret links, and basic analytics. Pro costs $29 per month and adds unlimited links, 50,000 clicks per month, five custom domains, 10 team members, 50 secret links, and advanced analytics. Agency costs $299 per month and includes up to 25 client workspaces, up to 10 agency seats, white-label branding, cross-client analytics, PDF reports and exports, and priority support. Agency Plus expands those workspace and seat limits, while Enterprise adds unlimited clients and seats, unlimited domains, SSO / SAML, dedicated support, and a custom SLA. Paid plans are billed monthly.

LinkPilot also provides a REST API, signed webhooks, and integrations with Zapier and Make, giving teams options for workflow automation and custom connections. Routing rules can direct visitors by geography and device, while analytics organize click activity by geography, device, referrer, and UTM data. The product is a strong choice for agencies managing multiple branded client environments or teams that need controlled, expiring links. Smaller users with simple shortening needs may find its paid starting point and plan limits less suitable, particularly if they do not need analytics, security controls, team access, or agency reporting.

LinkPilot pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • One-time secret links support expiry, passphrases, and burn-after-read behavior
    • Detailed analytics cover geography, devices, referrers, and UTM data
    • Agency plans add white-label branding and cross-client reporting
  • Where it doesn't
    • Paid plans start at $29 per month, billed monthly
    • The Free plan limits users, links, clicks, domains, and secret links
    • Advanced agency capabilities are limited to higher-tier plans
