For multilingual meetings, conferences and seminars, LinguaCast gives attendees a mobile way to listen to floor audio or an available interpretation channel. They can browse by room or session, choose a language and listen on an iOS or Android phone or tablet. It is an audience-listening app, not an interpretation system: organizers need to provide interpretation audio and a separate LinguaCast Broadcaster. Attendees listening over venue Wi-Fi are the clearest fit; groups seeking automatic translation or a standalone app should look elsewhere.

The central consideration is the local-network setup. Broadcast discovery and playback take place over the venue network, and the broadcaster must be on that same network. This makes the app relevant where organizers can coordinate the network and audio feed with the event’s interpretation arrangement. Multiple language channels, room- and session-based browsing, and background audio playback give listeners ways to find and continue listening to a channel. The app does not itself create those channels or supply interpretation, so its usefulness depends on what organizers configure and broadcast.

The attendee app is free, according to its official app-store listings, and is available for iOS and Android. That can make access straightforward for attendees, but it does not establish the cost of the full event setup: LinguaCast Broadcaster is a separate requirement, and its pricing is not presented here. Choose LinguaCast when a venue-based event can provide the broadcaster, local network and interpretation feed, and attendees are comfortable listening on their own devices. Consider another approach if you need translation generated by the software, a self-contained interpretation product, or a listening option that does not depend on the venue network.
