Less Meeting is a meeting-management application for managers and teams running recurring internal meetings, project status meetings, leadership meetings and one-to-ones. Its workflow combines timed agendas, collaborative notes, manually created action items, automated reminders and recurring-item carry-forward. KPI tracking, meeting scores and team meeting-cost analytics add visibility for teams that want more structure around follow-up. The product is available on the web and iOS, including iPhone and iPad experiences.
Pricing is organized around Personal and Team plans, with monthly and annual billing. Personal costs $12 per user per month monthly or $10 per user per month annually, and includes reusable agendas, collaborative minutes, automated action-item follow-up, KPI tracking and Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace sync. Team costs $5.90 per user per month monthly or $4.90 per user per month annually, adding daily reminders, shared action items and notes, team dashboards and analytics. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card, while Team seats are billed in groups of 10.
The strongest fit is for teams already committed to recurring meetings and willing to capture action items manually. Two-way synchronization with Microsoft 365 tasks and Google Tasks helps connect meeting follow-up to existing task workflows, while calendar integrations include Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Workspace and Google Calendar. Less Meeting does not record or transcribe meetings, and it has no AI features, so teams seeking automatic action-item extraction or transcript-driven capture should choose a different type of meeting tool. For structured, accountable follow-up without those automated capture requirements, its focused feature set is well aligned.
