Leica Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS is Windows desktop software for registering, reviewing, cleaning, visualising and publishing 3D point-cloud data. It is designed for teams handling Leica HDS data alongside third-party scanner formats, including Faro, Z+F and Pegasus sources. Its workflow takes projects from guided import through review, optimisation, finalisation and publishing, with automatic registration and alignment available for supported projects. A separately optimised BLK Edition serves Leica BLK sensor workflows.

The main strength is its structured registration process. Users can clean scans and bundles, inspect results through visual quality assurance, generate registration reports and export deliverables in formats including E57, PTX, PTG, RCP, LAS, XYZ, LGS and LGSx. Support for Leica LGS projects and a broad set of scanner inputs makes it suitable for mixed capture environments, while Cyclone FIELD 360 adds in-field collection and scan pre-alignment. Publishing also connects the workflow to Leica downstream products and services.

Its ecosystem fit is strongest for organisations already working with Leica tools. Integrations include Cyclone FIELD 360, CloudWorx, Cyclone 3DR, TruView Cloud, JetStream Enterprise, Cyclone ENTERPRISE and Autodesk ReCap. The trade-off is a narrow desktop focus: it runs on Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2022, is limited to Windows-native devices, does not provide real-time capture, and does not include mesh reconstruction. Choose it for controlled scan registration, QA and Leica-oriented delivery workflows; choose an alternative if you need cross-platform access, live capture or mesh generation.
