For schools, its scope spans student fee billing, admissions, assessments, attendance, payroll, inventory, procurement and general-ledger accounting. Fee structures can include class-based billing, discounts and per-student overrides, while fee receipts can post directly to the ledger. Schools can also keep academic-session billing separate from financial-year accounts and communicate fee information through WhatsApp and email.
