A broad scheduling and operations platform for established tutoring programs.

LearnSpeed is a web-based management platform for tutoring companies, test-preparation centers, special education providers, music schools, counseling offices, and other session-based organizations. It brings scheduling, accounts, session reporting, invoicing, payments, payroll tools, communications, and online tutoring into one system. Student, parent, instructor, and administrator accounts support different operational roles, while recurring events and group sessions suit programs that manage ongoing lessons or classes.
Its strongest fit is the combination of scheduling and online teaching. LearnSpeed supports recurring events, group sessions with attendee and student limits, approval workflows, session reports, reminders by email and text, and dashboard reporting. LearnSpeed Vision adds video, whiteboard, chat, and screen sharing for remote instruction. QuickBooks integration connects financial workflows with an external accounting platform, and external calendar apps are supported through one-way synchronization. Programs that need scheduling, billing, payroll, and teaching tools together may find this breadth more useful than a narrowly focused calendar.
The published plans show a Usage-based option with unlimited student and parent accounts, unlimited staff accounts, unlimited emails and text messages, no database limits, no monthly minimums or hidden fees, and free lifetime email support. Payment processing is optional and separately priced. An Enterprise plan is available through LearnSpeed. The main trade-off is ecosystem depth: external calendar connections are one-way, so teams needing two-way calendar control may prefer another system. LearnSpeed is a stronger choice for established programs that want operational coverage across scheduling, finances, staff administration, and online lessons; smaller teams seeking a simple scheduler may not need its wider feature set.
