LearnCube is a browser-based virtual classroom for tutors, language teachers, schools, and education companies. Its teaching workspace combines live video and audio with an interactive whiteboard, real-time annotations, file and media sharing, text chat, classroom controls, scheduling, homework, attendance reporting, and class recording. Teachers can run one-to-one or group sessions through web, iOS, and Android access, while students can join through a browser without downloads. The overall fit is strongest for small online schools and language teachers who need teaching tools in one environment.

The plan structure covers both individual tutoring and small-group teaching. The Virtual Classroom Basic plan includes one teacher account, unlimited 1:1 classes, an interactive whiteboard, audio and video, and storage for up to 10 files. Virtual Classroom Pro provides one teacher account, unlimited sessions, classes of up to eight students, attendance reporting, and class recordings. It is listed at $19 per user per month with monthly billing or $14 per user per month with annual billing. LearnCube also offers a free plan and a 14-day free trial, giving smaller teaching operations a low-commitment way to assess the classroom workflow before moving to a paid tier.

LearnCube’s strongest differentiator is the breadth of its teaching workflow rather than a single specialist feature. A cloud lesson-material library, homework assignment and review, calendar integration, attendance, recording, and mobile access support recurring instruction from preparation through follow-up. Integrations include iCal and calendar, YouTube, and Wolfram Alpha. The main boundary is scale: the published Pro plans allow up to eight students per class, and breakout rooms are documented for Online School customers. Teachers running larger classes or needing breakout rooms on a standard Virtual Classroom plan should consider an alternative; for focused tutoring and language instruction, LearnCube presents a well-aligned feature set.
