LamaPoll is web-based software for creating, distributing and analyzing online surveys. It supports employee, customer, citizen, education and event questionnaires, with standard and specialist question types, conditional paths, reports and customizable design. Its anonymous collection, German hosting, encrypted data and GDPR compliance make it suited to organizations that need branded surveys with privacy controls, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, teams, agencies and institutions.
The Free plan includes unlimited questions, all question types, custom logo, colors and typography, 100+ templates and up to 50 participants per survey. The 14-day Test-Tarif includes nearly all features, reports, result comparisons and exports to Excel, SPSS, SQLite and CSV before switching to Free. Basic costs €49 per month or €490 per year and adds 500 participants per survey, unlimited surveys, survey logic, individual reports and API access. Gold costs €99 per month or €990 per year for 5,000 participants, result comparisons, attributes, piping and placeholders, plus 1 admin and 3 users. Platin costs €199 per month or €1,990 per year for 10,000 participants, rights management, workspaces, teams, tags and white label.
LamaPoll’s strongest fit is structured survey work that depends on branching, filtering, sharing, anonymous responses and reusable participant attributes. API v2 supports invitations, raw data, statistics and results, while external panel integration adds redirects and quotas. Reports include charts, filtering and sharing, and the platform is available through the web and API. The product is less suitable for teams seeking broader integration coverage or larger included audiences at lower tiers. Choose it when export formats, anonymity and survey logic matter more than a wide ecosystem.
