Kudra is an intelligent document processing platform for extracting, validating, analyzing, and routing information from PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, contracts, invoices, and other business documents. It is aimed at document-heavy teams in finance, logistics, legal, insurance, human resources, and similar operations. Its feature set combines OCR, document layout understanding, pre-trained and custom extraction models, generative analysis, workflow orchestration, human review, and exports to JSON, CSV, XML, and other formats.
The published plans create a clear freemium-to-paid progression. Starter costs $0 and includes 100 uploaded pages per month, one custom workflow, one user, and more than 50 pre-built extraction templates, but no custom model training. Basic costs $299 per month and raises the allowance to 1,000 pages, with five custom model training options and five custom workflows, while still supporting one user. Growth costs $599 per month and increases processing to 5,000 pages and access to 10 users. Enterprise adds scalable document processing, custom AI model training, custom workflow building, team collaboration, API support, and cloud hosting.
Kudra fits teams that need more than basic OCR. Its drag-and-drop workflow builder can route documents, apply redaction, formatting, currency conversion, and find-and-replace, then send uncertain results through human review and approval. Connections include Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, QuickBooks, Gmail, Slack, Salesforce, CRM systems, APIs, and MCP. The web and API options support both operational workflows and custom integrations. Teams with modest document volumes may find Starter sufficient, while organizations needing multiple users, higher volume, or custom models should consider Growth or Enterprise. Small teams seeking a low-cost, single-purpose scanner may prefer a simpler alternative.
