Koongo connects ecommerce stores with marketplaces, comparison-shopping websites, advertising channels, and social networks. It is aimed at small and mid-sized online stores that need to manage product feeds, listings, inventory, prices, and marketplace orders across multiple destinations. Supported ecommerce platforms include Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, BigCommerce, Shopware, Lightspeed, and CCV Shop. Merchants can create XML, CSV, and TXT feeds or use the guided marketplace integration wizard.
Pricing is modular. The permanent Free Plan supports 1 marketplace, feed, or ads channel, 100 products, and 10 orders. The Feeds plan costs €24 per month and includes product feed management, 5 feeds, and automatic price and stock updates. The Ads plan costs €39 per month and adds advertising-channel connections with real-time product-data synchronization. Marketplace Starter costs €69 per marketplace per month and includes full API product and order integration, a guided wizard, automatic stock and price synchronization, and multi-country coverage. Pricing excludes VAT, and capabilities vary by channel. A 7-day free trial is also available.
Koongo’s strongest fit is operational breadth around feeds and channel synchronization. Channel-specific filters, attribute transformations, pricing rules, automatic listing updates, out-of-stock deactivation, and bulk actions help sellers adapt one catalog for different destinations. Marketplace orders can be synchronized into the connected ecommerce store, while integrations include Amazon, eBay, bol.com, Zalando, Kaufland, Google Shopping, and Meta Ads. Choose Koongo if channel coverage and catalog automation matter more than warehouse depth. Sellers needing more advanced warehouse operations should consider a product focused more deeply on fulfillment management.
