KodaVet is cloud-based practice-management software for independent veterinary clinics, including solo practitioners, partnerships, and small multi-location clinics. It brings appointment scheduling, clinical records, SOAP notes, invoicing, payments, inventory, task management, reporting, reminders, and client-facing tools into one product. Clinics can access it through a browser or install it to iOS and Android home screens for an app-like experience.

Pricing is organized into three monthly plans billed per clinic. Core costs $99 and includes scheduling, clinical records and SOAP notes, invoicing and payment plans, inventory management, task management, email reminders, and reporting. Pro costs $179 and adds a client portal, SMS reminders, a two-way client inbox, online payments, invoice payment links, and AI natural-language search. Agent costs $249 and adds AI-assisted SOAP drafting, voice dictation, and priority support. A 14-day free trial is available, while annual billing is described as saving 20%.

The product’s strongest fit is for clinics that want broad day-to-day management rather than scheduling alone. Its feature set covers multi-provider calendars, appointment requests, structured SOAP notes, controlled-substance logs, expiry alerts, patient-linked tasks, payment plans, and Excel reporting. Google Calendar, Twilio, and Stripe are listed integrations. Clinics that need client portal access, SMS reminders, or online payments should budget for Pro, while AI-assisted SOAP drafting and voice dictation require Agent. KodaVet is less suitable for practices that require telehealth, since telehealth is not included.
