Knowork is a web-based coworking space management platform for operators who need more than room and desk reservations. It brings together searchable member and company profiles, community channels, posts, chat, video rooms, meeting-room and desk booking, day-pass check-ins, membership plans, recurring payments, events, invoicing, and financial analytics. It is particularly suited to budget-conscious small coworking spaces, while also offering multi-location support and higher tiers for larger operations.
Pricing is structured around annual and monthly billing. Annual plans start with Garage Operation at $40 per month and include secure payments, a custom domain, day passes and check-ins, video rooms, email support, and multi-location support. A Few Floors Up costs $205 per month annually and adds email and live chat support with limited video rooms. Coworking Complex costs $375 per month annually and includes unlimited video rooms plus live chat and phone support. Monthly plans are A Few Desks at $49, A Few Floors at $249, and Coworking Hub at $449. Enterprise plans provide all features, a dedicated account manager, 24/7 live chat and phone support, consulting hours, and custom onboarding plans. A 14-day trial is available.
Knowork’s main strength is its breadth for operators that want member experience and administration in one web platform. Members can connect, reserve spaces, attend events, use benefits, and consume booking credits, while operators can generate recurring invoices, manage facilities, and review financial performance. Stripe and Mollie are the listed payment connections, and white-label controls support custom domains, logos, and colors. The platform is mobile friendly through the web, but it does not offer a native mobile app. Choose Knowork if community communication, bookings, payments, and branding belong in one system; consider an alternative if a native app or a wider integration ecosystem is essential.
