Kinetiq review
A low-cost web app for physiotherapy records, care plans, exercises, and payments.

Kinetiq is browser-based practice management software for physiotherapy clinics and independent physiotherapists in India. It focuses on the clinical and administrative record around a patient: patient management, structured case sheets, digital prescriptions, treatment plans, video exercise tutorials, payment tracking, and outstanding-balance tracking. Therapists and assistants can have staff logins, while role-based access controls help separate permissions. It is aimed at solo practitioners and smaller clinics that want records and exercise resources in one web app, with AI features also included.
Pricing is straightforward. The Free trial provides full access to everything in the app for two months, with no card required. After that, the Quarterly plan costs ₹1,500 per quarter and includes all features, pay-as-you-go billing, and cancellation whenever you want. The Yearly plan costs ₹5,000 per year with annual billing and includes all features. The subscription is a flat amount rather than a per-user monthly price, and therapists and assistants are included without per-seat charges. That makes Kinetiq particularly suitable for cost-conscious practices with a small team or a solo clinician who wants predictable software costs.
Kinetiq’s security posture includes patient data hosted in India, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access. MyFloww says it does not currently hold HIPAA, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 certification, so practices with formal certification requirements should evaluate alternatives. The product is web-only, and practices whose main priority is appointment reminders, insurance billing, or integrations may need a different fit. Choose Kinetiq for affordable patient documentation, treatment planning, exercise sharing, staff access, and payment tracking; choose another product if scheduling workflows or broader ecosystem connectivity are central to the purchase.
