KinderLogix is web-based childcare management software for daycares, preschools, out-of-school care programs, and dayhome agencies. It brings enrollment administration together with child attendance, classroom ratio monitoring, invoicing, staff records, and reporting. Families can submit applications and forms online, while staff manage waitlists, start dates, enrollment, and child records. Its mix of center operations and family-facing tools makes it relevant to organizations that want these workflows in one system.

The two monthly packages separate administrative features from family communication. According to the vendor’s pricing, Office costs CAD $59 per month and includes Child & Family, Invoicing & Payments, Human Resources, and the Educator App. Connect costs CAD $79 per month and adds Daily Reports and SMS Messaging. The vendor says base pricing covers up to 99 children and that plans are priced by child capacity. Centers that need the added daily reports and messaging should weigh those features against the higher monthly fee; those focused on administration may find Office a closer fit.

Operationally, KinderLogix covers online applications, waitlists and enrollment dates, check-in and check-out with attendance totals, and real-time classroom staffing and child-to-staff ratio monitoring. Billing tools include automated family invoices, online payments, payment tracking, and grant and subsidy tracking and reconciliation. Staff profiles can hold certification records, schedules, and time-off information, while customizable reports and data exports support review of center information. The Educator App is described for recording attendance and staff hours on internet-connected devices. Choose KinderLogix when these administrative needs and subsidy workflows matter, and Connect when daily family updates are also a priority. Centers seeking a product centered on other workflows may prefer an alternative.
