Kinderflow is a web-based childcare management platform for home daycares, preschools, aftercare programs, and summer camps. It brings together digital enrollment forms, family profiles, public waitlists, attendance, invoicing, online payments, AutoPay, parent portals, family messaging, daily reports, and analytics. Small centers can use it to manage classroom operations while guardians view updates, pay invoices, and communicate with teachers.

Pricing is structured across three monthly, per-center plans. Basic costs $49 per month and includes enrollment and attendance, invoicing and billing, daily reports, a guardian/parent portal, family chat, and email support. Growth costs $99 per month, adds a class transition wizard, staff certification tracking, priority support, and support for up to two locations. Pro costs $199 per month and adds dedicated support, capacity for up to 500 children, and up to five locations. A 14-day free trial is available, and the trial does not require a credit card.

Kinderflow also fits centers moving from other childcare systems, with imports for Brightwheel, Procare, Daily Connect, EZCare, ChildCareCRM, and generic CSV files. Its attendance workflow uses a tablet kiosk with a four-digit PIN, child selection, sign-in and sign-out, and a signature. Daily reports cover meals, naps, activities, and notes, while analytics address attendance, occupancy, and revenue. The web-only platform suits operators who want a centralized administrative system and tiered location support. Centers seeking a dedicated parent mobile app, staff scheduling, or broader capacity beyond Pro’s limits should consider alternatives.
