Kimonix Ecommerce Personalization is a Shopify and Shopify Plus product-discovery platform for ecommerce brands. It personalizes product recommendations, collection sorting, product selection, and email campaigns using sales, margin, inventory, reviews, returns, and shopper-behavior signals. Small ecommerce teams can use it to tailor storefront merchandising and product discovery, while larger Shopify operations can manage more collections and recommendation elements on higher tiers.
The published plans show Starter at $19 per month with monthly billing or $15 per month with annual billing. Both versions include up to five managed collections, daily collection updates, and multi-segment collections. Advanced expands capacity to 50 managed collections, adds three product recommendation elements, twice-daily updates, collection-page cross-selling, product reviews integration, and Triple Whale integration. Superior supports up to 200 managed collections and ten recommendation elements, with four-times-daily updates, personalized emails, A/B testing, and Shopify Markets integration. A 14-day trial is also available.
Kimonix fits Shopify-centric teams that want merchandising and personalization connected across ecommerce, email, reviews, returns, analytics, and mobile-commerce tools. Integrations include Klaviyo, Yotpo, Loop Returns, Tapcart, Stamped, Attentive, Triple Whale, and Shopify Markets. Its standout capability is broad behavioral sorting: collections can use more than 100 signals, while behavior-based product selection and AI-powered ecommerce search extend personalization beyond email alone. The trade-off is focus: it is a web-only platform, and personalized email campaigns sit on the Superior tier. Teams needing broader platform coverage or email personalization on a lower plan should consider an alternative.
