KidyApp is a cloud-based management and parent communication platform for preschools, nurseries, daycare centers, teachers, managers, and families. It brings attendance and absence records, parent messaging, daily care reports, calendars, meal plans, fee tracking, accounting reports, digital archives, and child, parent, staff, and class records into one system. Separate manager, teacher, and parent interfaces are available through the web, iOS, and Android apps. Optional modules include secure child handover, weekly timetables, quizzes, volunteer management, and notice boards.
Pricing is based on annual cost per child. The 1–200 children plan costs TRY 200 per child per year, the 201–399 children plan costs TRY 180, and the 400+ children plan costs TRY 160. Each plan includes all modules, unlimited parent, teacher, and manager accounts, setup, data import, and training. A 15-day free trial is available without a card, while there is no free plan. Prices exclude VAT, and the binding amount is provided in a written quote; published monthly figures represent annual-price equivalents rather than a separate monthly tariff.
The product’s main strength is breadth across daily care and administration. Staff can record meals, sleep, toilet, and mood; families can receive announcements and one-to-one messages; managers can handle fee plans, instalments, reminders, occupancy, collection, absence, and staff activity reports. Excel import and export, document archiving, consent forms, medical notes, and optional handover records support detailed operational records. GDPR is listed as a compliance area, with email, phone, and chat support.
