KerrOS Calendar review
A free calendar layer for AI scheduling, task sync, and workflow automation.

KerrOS Calendar is the scheduling component of the KerrOS AI operating system. It is designed for users and teams that want AI-assisted meeting coordination alongside recurring events, task synchronization, and calendar-based workflow orchestration. Natural-language access through AI Chat, event visibility in the KerrOS Hub dashboard, and connections with Tasks, CRM, and Automator make it a fit for organizations already considering a broader KerrOS workspace rather than a standalone calendar tool.
The published KerrOS plans show a free lifetime Core tier with local deployment, basic connectors, and access to all apps. Pro costs $20 per month on monthly billing and adds hybrid cloud deployment, enterprise connectors, API access, and all apps. Enterprise adds dedicated cluster deployment, custom connectors, SSO / SAML, SOC2 compliance, and white-glove support. A 14-day free trial is also published for KerrOS. This structure makes Core a low-commitment entry point, while Pro and Enterprise are aimed at organizations with deeper integration, deployment, or governance requirements.
Its strongest differentiator is the connection between scheduling and automation. KerrOS Calendar can schedule meetings around priorities and availability, trigger AI workers and recurring tasks, orchestrate event-triggered workflows with Automator, and synchronize deadlines and milestones with Tasks in both directions. Recurring events support rescheduling and reminders, while overlapping-hours display helps with time-zone-aware planning. Choose it if free access and a connected KerrOS suite matter more than a narrowly focused calendar. Organizations needing API access, enterprise connectors, or formal security and support features should look to Pro or Enterprise.
