Juvonno is cloud-based practice management and EMR software for allied health practices, including physical therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, psychology, and related clinics. It brings appointment scheduling, calendar synchronization, online booking, patient portals, customizable intake forms, electronic charting, billing, payments, telehealth, communications, reporting, and insurance integrations into one system. Patients can book appointments, complete forms, view invoices, make payments, and manage waitlist requests through the portal.
Pricing is organized by location and billed monthly. Launch costs $55 USD per location per month and includes scheduling, email and SMS reminders, intake forms, unlimited 1:1 HD telehealth, invoicing, receipts, and credit-card processing. Grow costs $99 USD per location per month and adds a patient portal, online booking, a patient mobile app, pre-payment policies, integrated insurance billing, and multi-location management. Scale costs $129 USD per location per month and adds self check-in, rooms and equipment management, subscriptions and memberships, inventory management, advanced reporting, and consulting. The pricing page also states that an additional license fee applies and that one license equals one concurrent user.
Juvonno’s ecosystem is particularly aligned with Canadian clinics. It lists integrations for TELUS Health eClaims, HCAI, OHIP, Manitoba Health, Claim.MD, payment services including Stripe, Moneris, and TD Merchant Services, and calendars such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. Telehealth connections include Doxy.me, while Physitrack and Wibbi support related clinical workflows. Choose Juvonno if your clinic needs scheduling alongside records, payments, insurance workflows, and patient-facing tools. Clinics seeking a free plan or a non-web platform should consider alternatives.
