Jump gives ecommerce brands tools to run referral programs and recruit creators through a creator network. It tracks links, clicks, orders, commissions and traffic sources, while branded storefronts and dashboards give creators a place to share products. The product also supports tiered commissions, discount-code controls and payout options. Its focus is on helping small and mid-sized brands manage creator-driven sales, rather than serving as a general-purpose marketing platform.

The pricing starts with Free at $0 per month, plus 5% of Jump sales. That plan allows one program, unlimited affiliates and instant card payments. Growth costs $45 per month, plus 2.5% of Jump sales, and adds two programs, customizable storefronts, anti-fraud controls, single-use discount codes, an AI assistant and messenger. Professional is $99 per month, plus 1% of Jump sales; it unlocks all features, premium analytics, multi-level and forever commission, and gifting delivery tracking. Enterprise costs $499 per month and adds an affiliate manager, dedicated developer, setup and ongoing maintenance, dedicated account executive and 24/7 support. A 14-day free trial is also offered.

The feature set extends beyond tracking into recruitment, payouts and creator storefronts. Payouts can be made by card, PayPal, Venmo or credit, and shareable checkout links and carts support the path from promotion to purchase. Jump is presented as a Shopify app and lists web as its platform, so brands seeking broader platform coverage may prefer another option. Small brands that want a Shopify-focused toolkit with creator discovery and flexible commission structures should consider Jump; teams that need integrations beyond that ecosystem should look elsewhere.
