A flexible call-tracking platform for mobile-first teams, agencies, and Australian businesses.

Jet Interactive combines call tracking with cloud telephony for Australian businesses, marketing teams, agencies, and multi-site organisations. It assigns trackable numbers to websites, campaigns, and advertisements, then connects inbound calls with sources, keywords, landing pages, campaigns, and sessions. The platform also covers recording, routing, reporting, CRM synchronization, and AI call transcripts and summaries. Its web, iOS, Android, and API coverage suits teams that need to manage phone leads across office, mobile, and software workflows.
Pricing is structured around monthly plans in AUD. Standard starts at $10 per number per month, includes a 1300, 1800, local, or virtual mobile number, and bills inbound calls at 6¢ per minute. Unlimited costs $20 per month for one 1300, local, or virtual number with unlimited inbound calls, answered through the Jet app, a softphone, or a phone system. Call Tracking Bundle 3 costs $25 per month and includes three tracking numbers, unlimited inbound calls, dynamic numbers, GA4, recording, and AI summaries. Bundles 4 and 5 provide four or five tracking numbers with the same listed inclusions. Free call tracking is conditional on using a Jet phone system.
For attribution-led teams, the feature depth is a key fit: dynamic number insertion, session tracking, keyword and landing-page reporting, call recording, AI summaries, and real-time session data connect marketing activity to phone conversations. Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and webhooks extend that workflow. IVR, queues, geographic routing, and postcode routing add operational coverage beyond basic tracking. Choose Jet Interactive when marketing attribution and phone handling belong in one system; teams seeking only a lightweight standalone tracker may find its telephony scope broader than needed.
