JANDI is a cloud-based workplace communication and collaboration platform from Toss Lab, Inc. It combines topic-based public and private rooms with direct messaging, group messaging, file sharing, comments, tasks, polls, video conferencing, and filtered search across messages, polls, and files. Teams can access it through web, Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android apps. It is suited to organizations that want chat alongside everyday coordination, administrative controls, and AI-assisted work.
The plan structure scales from a limited free workspace to broader storage, search, membership, and management features. Free costs $0 per member per month and includes 3GB storage per team, unlimited chatrooms, message history within the last 90 days, and up to 20 members. Premium costs $6 per member per month and adds 10GB storage per member, unlimited members, unlimited message search, business-system integrations, and an organization chart. Enterprise costs $9 per member per month and adds 1TB storage per member, unlimited video conference, project management, document watermarks, and mobile download restrictions. The Intelligence plan includes unlimited storage per member and AI capabilities, with pricing handled separately.
JANDI’s ecosystem includes Google Calendar, RSS Feed, Trello, JIRA, GitHub, Bitbucket, Google Drive, Dropbox, and incoming and outgoing webhooks through JANDI Connect. Its AI capabilities cover summaries, knowledge-base functions, translation, messaging assistance, smart search, chat-room context summaries, and file analysis. Security administration includes IP restrictions, download restrictions, and two-factor authentication. Choose JANDI if your team wants one workspace spanning communication, files, tasks, conferencing, integrations, and AI administration. Teams needing only lightweight chat may find its broader paid-tier structure unnecessary.
