iSpring Learn is a corporate learning management system for organizations delivering employee onboarding, compliance, assessment, and professional development. It combines course, quiz, and training-program creation with structured learning tracks, automated assignments, reporting, mobile learning, and gamification. Learners can earn points and badges, receive awards and certificates, and compare progress on leaderboards. It suits teams that want engagement mechanics inside an employee training platform rather than a separate gamification product.

The published annual-billing plans show a Business tier for 100 users at $6.91 per user per month, 300 users at $4.46, and 500 users at $3.97. These Business plans include training management, mobile apps with offline learning, an API for custom integrations, training reports and analytics, and 24/7 live tech support. Enterprise is offered as a custom plan. A 30-day free trial provides an evaluation period, while the paid structure is most compelling for organizations that can match their needs to the listed user levels and annual billing.

Platform fit is a central strength. iSpring Learn supports web, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted deployments, with offline mobile access and synchronization. Integrations include Zapier, Albato, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, BambooHR, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Shopify, Tilda, and Udemy. The REST API covers users, courses, enrollments, and reports, while native capabilities include SSO and scheduled reports. Choose iSpring Learn when gamification, learning administration, analytics, and integrations need to work together. Choose an alternative when the priority is a dedicated gamification system rather than a full LMS.
