iPT Platform brings together a drag-and-drop website builder, fitness templates, session bookings, payments, CRM, email marketing, funnels, and member communities. It is designed for personal trainers, fitness coaches, group instructors, and online coaching businesses that need more than a simple website. Clients can book 1:1 or group sessions, pay online, join communities, access courses, and view gated content. The platform is web-based and hosted by the vendor.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs $29 per month and includes the website builder, 1:1 and group bookings, one-off payments, email marketing, and a member community. Pro costs $79 per month and adds recurring payments and subscriptions, funnels, paywalls, access tiers, drip content, and progress tracking. Unlimited costs $149 per month and adds unlimited funnels and multiple communities while retaining recurring payments, paywalls, drip content, and progress tracking. A 14-day trial is available without requiring payment details. iPT does not charge a platform transaction fee, although Stripe and PayPal apply their own processing fees.
Its ecosystem supports Stripe and PayPal for payments, Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal for calendar synchronization, plus SMS and WhatsApp. The feature set also covers automated email sequences, forms, quizzes, surveys, client activity management, online enrollment, and on-demand content.
