InvitiApp is a browser-based invitation maker for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, anniversaries and other events. Hosts choose a template, customize event details, photos, music and design elements, then publish a shareable invitation page. Guests can open the link without an account or app, respond through an RSVP form, and view maps, schedules and countdowns. It suits organizers who want more than a static invitation, particularly when guest responses and event-day check-in matter.
The Free plan includes all templates, RSVP confirmation, a photo gallery, background music, an interactive map, event details and unlimited editing. InvitiApp also supports custom RSVP questions, guest-detail management, guest-list import and export, messaging, and real-time response tracking. Interactive pages can be shared through WhatsApp, email, social platforms, links and SMS. QR-code check-in and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes extend the product from invitation creation into basic event coordination.
Paid plans focus mainly on presentation and guest-facing limits. Premium costs $19.99 per invitation and adds unlimited views, no watermark, a WhatsApp alert when available, AI support and founder team support. Premium Plus costs $29.99 per invitation and adds no InvitiApp branding, optional own branding, and everything in Premium. The free tier is a strong fit for personal events that can accept InvitiApp branding, while Premium suits hosts who need a cleaner presentation. Organizers seeking a native mobile app or custom design uploads should look elsewhere, since InvitiApp is web-only and does not support custom design uploads.
