InviteDrop is a web-based digital invitation service for weddings, birthdays, showers, graduations and other events. Hosts can select from more than 1,200 designs, customize invitation text, colors, photos and stickers, or upload their own artwork. Invitations can include animated envelopes, RSVP questions, plus-one limits and an event page. Guests open invitations in a browser without installing an app or creating an account, while hosts track responses and manage guest details.
The pricing structure is built around individual events. The Free plan includes five invitations per event, all templates and animated envelopes, RSVP tracking, email and text delivery, and no ads or watermarks. Event Pass costs $15.99 per event for up to 25 invitations. Event Pass Plus is $29.99 for up to 50, and Event Pass Pro is $44.99 for up to 100; both include the features of the preceding tier and no ads or watermarks. Event Pass Unlimited costs $74.99 per event for unlimited invitations. InviteDrop Pro costs $249.99 per year and includes unlimited events with up to 1,000 guests per event.
InviteDrop’s strongest fit is a host who wants polished templates plus practical response management without a recurring event-by-event subscription. Delivery through email, text message and shareable links supports different guest preferences, while reminders, running headcounts and guest controls add structure beyond a static invitation. The tradeoff is focus: it is web-only and centered on invitations and RSVP workflows rather than a broader event-management ecosystem. Choose it for design-led, one-time events with defined guest lists; consider another option if native apps or connected integrations are central to your workflow.
