Invision Community is a community platform for organizations, brands, creators, and member groups that need more than discussion boards. It brings together forums and Q&A with event registration, blogs, articles, galleries, file downloads, clubs, private group spaces, memberships, digital products, subscriptions, and page building. Granular member-group permissions, custom domains, moderation queues, warnings, filters, and moderator tools support structured communities. Access is available on the web, iOS, Android, through APIs, or with a self-hosted installation.
The plan structure is designed to scale features with community ambitions. Creator covers forums, event management, downloads, galleries, blogs, clubs, digital products, subscription tiers, standard AI spam protection, and standard single sign-on. Creator Plus adds REST API, webhooks, GraphQL access, advanced page builder features, courses and lessons, hosting choice in the EU or US, and two live topics per month. Professional adds quests, gamification, trending content, video encoding, Community Experts, and ten live topics per month. Business adds full analytics and reporting, AI image moderation, object tagging, topic assignments, and unlimited live topics. Enterprise adds custom packaging, active community management, dedicated support, custom integrations, development, and a dedicated support team.
Its strongest fit is a growing or enterprise community that wants content, events, private spaces, moderation, and monetization in one platform. REST API, webhooks, Zapier, SSO, Google Analytics, and Matomo support broader platform connections, while installable progressive web applications extend access to iOS and Android. The Classic option suits organizations that want to manage their own infrastructure, but that approach shifts hosting responsibility to the customer. Choose Invision Community when breadth, permissions, and extensibility matter; choose a narrower tool if the requirement is only a simple forum or lightweight discussion space.
