InsideMaps is a paid property-visualization platform for real estate professionals and other property-focused businesses. Its iPhone app and companion rotor capture 360-degree panoramas and spatial data, while its cloud service produces interactive photographic 3D walkthroughs, automatically generated 2D floor plans, HDR photos, and 3D models. Projects can be shared through links or embedded on websites, giving property teams a way to present spaces with more than static photography alone.
The package structure is centered on project outputs. The HDR Photos Package provides HDR photos captured from spins using the Photo Capture Tool. The Floor Plan Package adds floor plans, while the Standard (Basic) Package combines HDR photos, a floor plan, and a 3D walkthrough. Standard + Video adds walkthrough video generation, and the Pro Package adds a 3D model. There is no free plan, and project hosting is free for one year before continuing as a paid service. This approach suits teams that prefer selecting deliverables per property rather than adopting a fixed monthly software subscription.
Its ecosystem fit is a practical strength. InsideMaps supports web, iOS, and API access; tours, floor plans, and models can be embedded with iframe code; and projects can include measurement tools, property reports, painting and furniture tools, and brand-logo removal. SketchUp and IFC exports extend the output into modeling and property workflows. Choose InsideMaps if iPhone-based capture and a broad set of property deliverables matter. Consider another option if you need a free tier, fixed subscription pricing, or a capture workflow that does not depend on the iPhone-and-rotor setup.
