InfiQ brings WhatsApp Business API onboarding, team messaging and campaign tools together for Indian businesses. It is aimed at teams handling customer support, marketing, transactional notifications, lead qualification or commerce messaging, especially those that want API control while keeping the WhatsApp Business app and API on one number. The web platform includes a shared inbox with agent assignment and internal notes, plus contact management, templates, broadcasts, chatbot flows and analytics.
Lite costs ₹833 per month when billed annually and includes one WhatsApp Business API number, a shared inbox for 10 users, broadcasts to up to 200,000 contacts, CRM and template management. Its throughput is 2,400 messages per minute. Growth costs ₹2,499 per month when billed annually; it includes Lite features plus REST API and webhook access, 25 users, one chatbot, throughput of 3,600 messages per minute and two-factor authentication. Enterprise has custom volume pricing, users, chatbots, attributes and storage, along with dedicated infrastructure, a custom SLA and priority engineering support. Lite includes a 7-day trial, but there is no permanent free plan. WhatsApp message charges are billed separately and vary by message category and destination country.
The product’s breadth suits teams that want operations in one place: campaigns can be scheduled and tracked, templates can be created and submitted, and analytics cover delivery, reads, replies and spend. REST API, signed webhooks, Zapier and Make offer routes to connect it with other systems. Coexistence is a notable fit for teams that need both app and API access on one number. The trade-off is maturity: InfiQ was founded in 2025, so teams prioritizing a longer operating history may prefer an alternative. Lite is a fit for teams starting with the shared inbox and campaigns; API-dependent teams should compare Growth and Enterprise against their needs.
