Indy.auction is white-label auction software for brands, nonprofits, artists, charities, organizations, and individuals. It supports branded auction-site creation, public, private, and invite-only auctions, lot management, bidder registration, timed and live formats, and payment collection. Sellers can configure auction rules, use custom auction subdomains, and collect bidder and sales data. It is best suited to smaller organizations that want a branded auction presence without building auction infrastructure from scratch.

The platform’s auction workflow covers proxy or maximum bidding, bidding extensions, configurable auction endings, and automated bidder notifications. It also supports three bidder registration options and three auction ending options on the Pro plan, while Pro adds full design customization, custom URLs, and customizable bidder email notifications. Payment collection can use Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer, and sellers can export bidder and sales data for reporting or follow-up. These capabilities give Indy.auction a broad feature set for both timed fundraising auctions and live sale formats.

The published plan structure includes Free, Starter, and Pro. Starter adds Stripe and PayPal integrations, the option to pass platform fees to buyers, and an automated bidder flow. The Free tier is currently unavailable, although sellers may use the platform at no cost when its percentage fee is passed to winning bidders as a buyer fee. A 100-listing limit narrows its fit for larger catalogs, and the product is web-only. Choose Indy.auction for a small branded auction site needing flexible auction formats, bidding controls, payments, and exports. Organizations needing more than 100 listings or a broader platform footprint should consider an alternative.
