IndiaHMIS brings clinic and hospital administration together for healthcare providers working within India's healthcare system. Its combination of scheme claims, GST billing, ABDM/ABHA records, Indian drug data and regional-language tools makes it particularly relevant to clinics that need local billing and patient workflows. The product runs on the web and is cloud-based, with an offline mode that synchronizes to the cloud. It is positioned for facilities from rural clinics to tier-1 hospitals, so smaller practices should assess whether that breadth fits their day-to-day needs.
Local workflows are its clearest differentiator. IndiaHMIS supports PM-JAY, CGHS, ECHS, ESI and state-scheme claims, as well as TPA and insurance cashless claims. Billing features include GST billing, GSTIN validation and e-invoicing. The Indian drug formulary includes 70,000+ medicines, while digitally signed MCI/NMC e-prescriptions support ICD-10 coding. ABDM/ABHA identity and health-record sharing, laboratory links, embedded patient reports, and AYUSH and yoga modules extend the system beyond billing. Clinics can also use regional-language interfaces and prescription printing, with WhatsApp and SMS reminders and document delivery.
