IdoSell review
A broad ecommerce suite for multistore retailers, with fees that can reduce value.

IdoSell is a hosted ecommerce platform for businesses running online stores, wholesale portals and marketplace sales. Its administration panel supports multiple stores, languages, currencies and selling channels, with shared product, warehouse and order management. The platform also covers B2B storefronts, digital products, dropshipping, cross-docking and physical retail through POS support. It is best suited to multistore retailers that need marketplace automation and centralized operations rather than a narrow storefront tool.
The platform’s breadth is its main strength. Integrations cover marketplaces, payment systems, couriers and logistics providers, ERP systems, online wholesalers, price comparison services, marketing automation and POS. Marketing features include event-triggered email and SMS campaigns, abandoned-cart recovery workflows and digital-download controls. Open APIs, webhooks and developer integrations provide options for connecting external systems. This combination fits businesses coordinating several sales channels, warehouses or operating models from one administration panel.
Pricing is structured across five plans. Start is listed at 119 PLN monthly, includes no order fees and provides 0 PLN for the first 20 store orders and 30 non-store orders per month, but requires IdoPay. Business is designed for medium-sized businesses and also requires IdoPay. Expert+ supports medium and large businesses, with external payment systems supported through integration fees. Enterprise is designed for large businesses and includes a dedicated server, with most functional fees included at 0 PLN. Individual has negotiable pricing for businesses processing at least 10,000 orders per month. IdoSell is a strong fit for complex multichannel operations; retailers seeking simpler pricing or payment flexibility should look elsewhere.
